At Auory.co, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewellery. We offer a 6-Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage
Our 6-month warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Plating fade due to manufacturing fault
• Stones falling out due to manufacturing defect
If any of the above issues occur within 6 months from the date of delivery, we will restore or repair your jewellery piece.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches or dents caused by usage
• Damage due to mishandling, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals
• Tarnishing due to moisture, perfume, sweat, or water contact
• Broken chains or clasps due to external force
• Lost jewellery pieces or missing items
• Intentional damage or alterations made by third parties
Warranty Claim Requirements
To claim warranty service:
• The original invoice is mandatory
• The request must be made within 6 months from the date of delivery
• The product must be returned for inspection
Without a valid invoice, warranty claims will not be processed.

Shipping Charges for Warranty
• Courier charges for sending the product to us and re-shipping charges after repair will be borne by the customer.
Repair Timeline
Repair timelines may vary depending on the nature of the defect and product design. Handcrafted or intricate pieces may require additional time.
Important Notes
• All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Auory.co.
• If the issue is found not to be a manufacturing defect, repair services may be offered at an additional cost.
• Auory.co reserves the right to determine whether the product qualifies under warranty.
